Attention Choir Seniors (& Parents):
Please complete the following tasks as soon as possible so that we can properly honor you at our end-of-the-year events:
· Complete the Choir Senior Bio Form DUE APRIL 30
· Email or submit a baby picture and senior picture to Haley White: haley_white84@sbcglobal.net DUE ASAP!
I will continue to send reminders thru April. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE NOT TURNED IN YOUR PICTURES AND/OR BIO AFTER APRIL 30, DUE TO PRINTING DEADLINES, YOU RISK NOT BEING INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM AND/OR SENIOR SLIDESHOW. Not being included in the program and/or slideshow will make your mother extremely upset. She will come to me, angry, and I will send her to you.
